Where to get a REAL WHOLESALER?

What's selling on eBay at the moment, have you discovered any profitable dropshippers or wholesalers?

I think its tuff when you are searching and seaching, just to find that all the supposed wholesalers are not really wholesalers. Just middlemen. I wish I could find out where people that sell things like ipods, get them to sell at crazy low prices. They are powersellers and seem to be doing quite nics for themselves. To find a product and sell it over and over again would be nice. Any REAL HELP on this would be great. :?

It may be old fashioned, but check your regional phone book.
There are generally lots of wholesalers with genuine premises, contact numbers, etc.

Just what I was going to say. You will find most wholesalers don't have websites set up but most will be more than happy to talk to you over the phone, I guess they haven't caught up with the rest of us yet!

If you are based in the UK, this portal is a good source for finding a wholesaler. I think it may be free to join.

I was thinking the same thing as parting with a few hundred dollars is not that easy for me.

If your looking for a real whole seller, I might be able to help. I work for Ma Labs, and we are a computer hardware distribution company. We have been in business for over 28 years now, and what sets us apart is we actually have 2 manufacturing lines behind us, "Super Talent" and "iMicro" we specialize in memory, cpu, HDD, motherboards, and ect. We are one of the largest distribution company in the world. We usually sell to only large corporations, but we do offer drop ships, the only thing is we don't sell to end users, you have to have a federal tax ID or a business license for us to do business. You can check us out at www.malab.com to view all of our inventories. all my contact information is listed below. I'm in the office from 9-6, m-f est time. feel free to call me if you need anymore information.

I personally dont agree with buying stuff from sources where they can be easily identified and others can jump in. Think about it for a second, now you have given the example of ipods, i bet you, you wont be able to source that product from regular suppliers, so you pose no threat to these guys who are selling the ipods.. does that make sense?

My success has definitely been based on this one principal, try to think outside the box and you will have no problem establishing yourself successfully on Ebay.

To your success

Have you tried B2B portals? They're free for buyers & have list of wholesalers, suppliers, manufacturers listed as well.

The famous ones are Global Sources, Alibaba, Made-In-China etc.

Personally, I use http://www.globalsources.com to source for goods to sell over ebay. They're reputable in the industry, as they have a strict verification system of weeding out unreliable suppliers/wholesalers by visiting them at least 3 times to ensure that they're real companies.

Hope that helps!! :)

Hi folks, I was into drop shipping for a while. Yes it is difficult to find
a reputable wholeseller especially internationally.

I have run into a few that I liked

Worldwide Brands.. Chris Malta is a good guy, honest and helpful

Jade Marketing, the people at this outfit really give a damn about
their affiliates. check this out if you are looking for Asian items.

take care all
