Hello,

Just joined the forum and thought I would jump right in.... The highest priced item I have ever sold on ebay was a signed Disney print, original artwork that I bought at a garage sale for $20.00 and sold for $2750.00.. Off course these finds are few and far between, but that is part of the addiction of ebay, you never know what you might find out there!!

Thanks,

Lynn

$120,000. Lamborghini
Here is a link to the largest content wise ebay lots ever created, took me 3 months to make. 75 pounds of coins, gold, silver, art, antiques, an entire estate lot in one sale.

WHY AM I POSTING THIS? I want to help you new ebay sellers, because when I started there was noone there to help me. Well, after YEARS of selling here are a few tips.

1. PICTURES: Make sure you take A LOT of them! Clear ones, different angles. The more pictures, the better the buyer can see what he/she is getting = MORE $

2. Description: Make it VERY descriptive include height, weight, etc every detail and every issue you know of. This will generate CONFIDENCE. These people are buying something they cant touch, so, let your words provide a sense of being safe in knowing what they are getting

3. NO RESERVE LOW STARING BID AND FREE SHIPPING Can be the difference between $10,000 and $5000. I start auctions out at about 11 cents "Why the odd number?" Peoples eyes are attracted to odd numbers in search results.

4. TIMING: Its everything as they say. After years of research and trial and error here is the SECRET TO THE SAUCE. 10 Day, No reserve, Start on a Thursday so it ends on a Sunday evening-night "Most bidded upon time on ebay "This is when people are home you dont want an auction going off at 1 am on a monday noone will be around to bid and you lose money.

5. Ship fast: people dont like waiting around for there item "Do you?!" And you will get better feedbacks

6. FREE SHIPPING!!! I spent $1000 +++ TO ship one of my lots, but guess what?? It makes me an extra $2000 - $3000 per lot.

GOOD LUCK ALL HOPE THIS HELPS!
