I love the variety of things that are available on Ebay. However, they are not too good in checking if something is illegal or not - like software. A buyer is made to feel in the wrong if they purchase something that they thought was genuine.

Interesting. How do you feel that a buyer is "made to feel in the wrong" exactly?
