Hi.

I have just registered on the forum, it looks great. If I ran ebay for a day I would lower the fees associated with selling as they are eating into my profits.

Easy! Get rid of the current feedback restrictions. Why should I suffer and my business suffer because of buyers who are too eager to leave feedback without resolving issues. Enough is enough eBay

Personally I would look at the security of the site for all new traders and established alike, the site is probably one of the highest "phished" sites on the net and from a buying/selling perspective there are so many scamming opportunities it is unreal...

Such measures would include (not a complete list as I can go on for hours):

Credit Card/Bond introduced for all users, if your not up to no good then why should you be worried.

NO access to users email addresses, all communication to be handled within Ebay itself entirely.

Removal of 1 day auction listings...

The aim..........getting people back onto Ebay.

Appoint an active seller to eBay's Board of Directors or some type of voice from the seller community.

I would take counterfeit seriously. I can browse through eBay and can guess that at least half the things coming from an asian country is a counterfeit.

They need to stop giving large sellers preferential treatment. Small sellers are the ones that made eBay. Now, it's all big sellers trying to maximize profit. No wonder buyers are leaving....it's because they can no longer find good deals. Whenever I buy on eBay, I always look for small individual sellers that are just trying to get rid of stuff.
