on the site.
I have been using ebay for 9 years and there
are many times I feel like their improvements
make it more difficult to use...but the truth is that
part of the issue is, when you get used to something
it takes a while to adjust to change - most people
do not like change.
Personally, the site is millions of times better then trying
to navigate through Amazon Auctions, Overstock, Bidville
or others.
As you spend more time there it will become easier, do
not worry.

Posted: Fri Jun 15, 2007 11:18 pmI don't think so. Within the first week or so on eBay, I was able to do most routine tasks. I think it just takes a little bit of patience and getting used to.
Posted: Wed Jun 27, 2007 11:10 amThe only thing I'd like to add on this is that more and more, sites are forgetting there are a number of us out here still on dial up. More and more, sites are designed with high speed users in mind, and they suck the life out of a 56k connection in a helluva hurry.
Therefore, sites like eBay can be difficult to navigate, based solely on the amount of time one spends waiting for animated graphics to load etc. That would be a valid complaint for a "2 tin cans and a string" internet user.

Posted: Mon Jul 09, 2007 11:38 amStrangely enough, the graphic intensity of sight is one of the reasons I don't ever just "shop" online. I'm not interested in waiting for the pages to load. Amazon, on the other hand, loads quickly, and I can browse, listen to cd samplers etc, without a lot of waiting.
I only shop online at eBay to compare with Amazon pricing, to sell occasionally, or when I know exactly what I want.
