Please help I have sold 2 x George Michael Tickets on ebay 2 weeks ago and although I have sent the buyer 2 invoices and opened a dispute and sent 3 messages via the dispute I have absolutely no response from the buyer they have not acknowledged any of the communication. I have emailed ebay help and all they keep telling me is how I canmclaim the Fianl Valuation Fee which I am assuming is the charge that you pay to advertise the item I need to get the buyer to pay up I have relisted the tickets but had no joy in selling them as the concert is at wembley stadium this saturday and most fans would already have their tickets. Can someone please tell me what I need to do to make sure the buyer stick to the terms they agreed when they decided to bid.
Thanks
Sally

Emails occasionally get lost or grabbed by spam filters, (although unlikely) so use eBay advanced search to get the contact details of the buyer. If this includes a phone number, give them a call to see where you stand.

You just need to enter the item number and the buyers user id.

Unfortunately there aren't many ways you can force a buyer to pay up if they've decided not too, short of taking legal action against them.

Because this sale is time sensitive, in the future, if you sell similar items, don't wait too long. You aren't obligated to drag it out for the convenience of the buyer. Relist, hope for the best at this point. Good luck.

George Michael?
