Advice! I live in France and buy my stock from the French distributor, I then sell it on EBay uk. The uk distributor of the product has just contacted me and told me to remove my listings. Personally I feel that since I do not buy from them they have no rights to ask me to do this. The distributor I buy from also lists on ebay so has no problem with me doing so. Any Thoughts anyone.

I would simply contact them and ask them under what authority they think they have to ask you to do this. It is one thing to ask, but quite another to be entitled.

Does your distributor list them on ebay.co.uk or ebay.fr?

The UK distributor probably has an agreement with the manufacturer that ensures them exclusivity in the UK marketplace, therefore by selling french sourced products in their marketplace, it is affecting this deal.

If the listings are pulled under Vero rulings, you could face legal action from the distributors if you continue to sell the goods in the UK - there are a number of stories about Diesel, Evisu and Nike being very heavy on the grey imports that regularly appear on ebay UK.
