Has anyone used or is anyone a trading assistant? I am considering using one to sell a handful of properties in Bulgaria. The assistant is a power seller but charges a lot of money - £95 per listing and a £1000 per property sold. This would be fine if they got me price they wanted plus fees, but risk to take otherwise.
Is it worth it? I could list myself but never had much luck.
