Hello,
In mid december last year i bought a pair of headphones for 60 dollars from ebay via Paypal.
The item was listed as having 2 years warranty, and his store had over 60000 positive feedback.

The return date was about 30 days, and it's just now i realize the item is fake.

On the receipt that came with the package it said that for any returns to fill out the RMA form, however, i cannot find the one for his store, and neither could i 4 months ago.

I sent him a message that the headphones stopped working. It has been over a week and he has not replied.

Is he obligated to refund me?

Should i file a complaint?

What should i do?

Easiest thing to do would be open a Paypal dispute, and take it from there.

i think you can file a complain on paypal, then he will talk with you to solve this problem.
but it seems that he is not a good seller!
