OK, I listed an Item on ebay regualr aution style. The listing clearly stated that I would not sell to buyers with little or no feedback. Then this guy won the aution and he has no feedback. He contacted me and said he didnt have a paypal acount. He wanted to wire me the money. I agreed. Then when he sent me the wire I found out he had given my info to some other guy in Norobi, Kenya, Africa. He said he was buying the item for his friend in Africa because he was here in the states. I guess to save money they decided to wire striaght from the TRUE buyer in Africa. He didnt tell me any of this until the money was on the wire. I was pretty pissed about the whole ordeal. I think they are trying to steal my identity. So my question is this... If I don't send the item to the eBay user and he reports me as item not recieved, How can he prove he paid for the item? I mean he didn't actually send me the money, some guy in Africa did. So how could they link it to the actual auction?? I don't think they can. I hired a private Investigator to check out this guy.

yes, let us know how this turns out, sounds a little fishy, connections from the U.S. to Africa, one of the known places with more fraud.
