Hi There

We are old ebayers, and spent years selling antiques, furniture, china etc on ebay. A couple of years ago we kind of spun off into doing deliveries for other ebay sellers. Well, we are now back on ebay, and not an antique in sight!

We now have a website which specialises in finding couriers and delivery companies for all those large, heavy and awkward items which can't be posted. Our website (BOXBY) lets customers submit one job form, and we then send this to our 300+ registered independent couriers (all over the UK) who then quote for the job via the Boxby Website.

I hope that our site is of interest to you, and i look forward to being able to join a forum which allows people to speak freely about ebay!!

Hello everyone.

Kind regards
Sandra

Well, the big push at the moment is registering couriers & delivery companies, we figure that if we want to be in a position to get the customer lots of quotes we need a good number of quality couriers. We have 300 odd now, and are looking to push that up to 500 by the year end.

We are working on SEO and linking, but the site has effectively only been live since August, and we started all of this last month, so we are still in the early stages of this and it's going to take a couple of months to work through.

PPC is really expensive, as we're up against the big parcel companies who are chucking money at it like crazy for the Christmas spend. So at the moment we're not really pushing this one.

We've set up our boxby1 ebay shop and about me page, and are using classified listings etc.

So; where do i get a very large numbers of people buying stuff off ebay that's too big to post - all suggestions gratefully accepted!!!!
Boxby gets you quotes from loads of couriers and delivery companies with one simple form.
