Hey guys,

So here's what happened. Last night, I purchased Guitar Hero World Tour for $13 (it goes for $60 new). The seller was so infuriated that it sold for so low that he told me it was stolen out of his truck, and then re-listed the EXACT item listing but under the correct category this time, and with a Buy it Now. I sent eBay customer Service an e-mail about this. What else can I do to make sure he can't sell the game I legally won? He claims it's a second copy of the game, but all of his arguments are very weak and immature, and is very clear to be dishonest. I have been polite and respectful to him throughout the entire process. If any other eBay users have gone through something like this, or may even know a better way I can take it up with eBay, please let me know ASAP.

Thanks!

that sounds like a super bad seller, i'm not sure what ebay can do, try going over the ebay policies and all that to see if you can find anything to get what you won.

look around and try other forums to see what other members suggest. sorry i'm not too much help, but i'm sure other people will have better suggestions
