Want to inform everyone here that the seller radageo123 is a dishonest seller. He had a fairly good rating, so I thought I could trust him but quickly learned that I was mistaken. First, he sent me the wrong scarf, so I asked him to send me the correct one. He said he would and that he would pay my shipping costs. When I sent it back for the return, and informed him the cost of shipping was $25.15, he said that was too much and that he would only pay $2.25 for the shipping. He was extremely rude in his email to me, using aggressive language that was unnecessary towards a customer. He decided at the end that he wouldn't send me the correct item, that he'd just refund me the money and credit $2.25 to my PayPal account. Now I do not have the item I wanted in the first place, and I'm out $22.90 for shipping back an item I was told would be exchanged and the shipping charges covered.
I am severely dissatisfied with his customer service and want to warn as many people as possible about him. I'm sure when he sends the right item to people, they have no reason to write negative reviews about him, but if something goes wrong, he is an absolute monster to work with and completely unwilling to rectify the situation. Please send this to anyone looking to buy his clothing items and warn them against this horrible seller--he sells Keffiyeh scarves, and women's blouses and jackets, among other clothing items.
