Reselling

Have you just started selling on eBay. Discuss your basic queries in this forum with other beginners and established users.

I am a newbie to ebay selling to....Just curious about reselling items...if you buy the item do you have to wait til you get it and then send it off to whoever buys it off you????

The big problem you have is, if you sell it before you receive it yourself what happens if the item gets lost in the post or your supplier runs out of stock. You'll have to explain to your customer, & offer a refund.

Like k700 mentions, it depends on what your product line your selling.

thank u for the reply......so how is it people can make a living on ebay,do they buy the goods and then repackage them and send them off again for a profit????? I recently came across the term 'trading assistant'...do you recommend this when using ebay as a business or do you recommend just doing it all yourself....

Dropshipping is one method of making money on eBay. I've compiled a special report on dropshipping, which you get free after you've made ten posts to the forum :)

Being a trading Assistant is also a good way of making an income from ebay. You can set yourself up and sell other peoples products for them, in exchange for a fee and/or commission.
