On ebay I listed item 160327486025 & it did not sell. I had over 1000 hits & 25 watchers. I relisted item the item using the relist link, edited the item with a MUCH lower starting price & saved it using the save button on the page, shut down the computer & then completed relisting the next day by using "complete unfinished listing" (or whatever it's called) link that appears at the top of the page when you log into "my ebay - selling". The item has relisted with a new item number (160329921191) however something seems to have gone amiss as the relist link is still on the original listing in unsold items. I contacted ebay help & they said that their system does not show the relisted item as "Relisted" but instead shows it as "Sell Similar". I DEFINITELY used the relist link as I know that I am eligible for an "insertion fee credit". They have suggested that I cancel item 160329921191, however there are already bids on this item & if I read correctly in this circumstance I am probably not eligible for a "listing fee refund" on this item. I have further queried ebay customer support several times however they seem to simply restate parts of their earlier responses without actually clarifying my eligibility for a "listing fee refund". Has anyone had a similar experience or an answer to my dilemma?
