Hello all! I have a question concerniong EBAY searches. Maybe there is a way to do this or maybe not.

I collect sports cards sets. As I acquire cards for the set, I no longer wish to search for those particular cards (ie avoid purchasing dupolicates). One way to do this is to "exclude" the cards I already have using using the advanced search screen. Therefore the search will not find these. As I have been purchasing more cards for a set, I'm finding out there is a character limit in the exclusion field.

Is there another way to to this?

To extend it a little further, you can add some terms in your search query itself.

For instance, if you were searching for computers and want to exclude laptops, in the search box, you would input "computer -laptops". The idea is to prefix the word with a "-".
