I've read a few threads about the subject matter of Wholesale Dropshipping, and what I've been able to gather thus far is that fundamentally, this is the process of selling items that is not owned by the seller, via using someone else's online database/warehouse. I understand this. BUT, what I would like to do is something different, but wondering if it would be allowed and / or considered as dropshipping.. Now, suppose I find a website that I've used in the past, and I know them to have nice prices, but nowhere on their site, do they claim to be a dropshipper. Would I be able to advertise their products, since they're all ready discounted, and when a bidder / buyer meets the required price / time deadline(s), I place the order with the company and have the item shipped. Now, I know they ship pretty fast, typically within 3-5 business days, and then I have them shipped to me, and then I just take a post office trip after I receive the item, and then I ship it to to buyer / bidder. So it would take them perhaps 7 - 10 business days to receive. Of course, I'd have to allot for the funds with all the shipping, but I believe all that can be done, while still making a decent profit from this site, IFF something of this sort is legal. Would it be?
