| Am seeking general opinions from eBay sellers & buyers regarding the new feedback policies. Is this the right forum to discuss the recently initiated rules disallowing negative or neutral feedback from sellers? I've had a 100% eBay feedback rating for eight years (earned and maintained by bending over back-words, sometimes to a degree that threatens spinal injury) that has just dropped to 99.6, the result of neutral feedback left by someone who did not receive delivery within what they feel is a timely period. Is eBay focusing on the buyers and investors these days, to the detriment of their sellers; the folks who pay the fees that provides the company its income? |

I too feel htat treating neutral as negatives was wrong. My percentage droped from a 99.8% to a 96.1% from some buyers leaving neutrals.
Luck for us eBay has heard our concerns and are not going to include neutrals as part of our pertentage. You can see more info here: http://www.yourauctionnews.com.....-feedback/
I'm sure these changes came about do to all of us sellers letting them know how we feel.
Here is to your success.
