I have just had a lsiting removed from UK ebay for "Inappropriate Seller Terms" as I had included in the text of the product that it was for sale elsewhere and that the auction could be ended at any time. This type of prhase appears on literally thousands of adverts at any on time. Are ebay seriously saying that once you put something on their site that you cannot advertise it anywhere else ? And why have all the others with this type or wording not been pulled ? I am really angry as I had a large number of people watching and have now got to start all over again.

Hi, unfortunately yes these are the rules, that' why I always try to sell elsewhere first and try ebay as a last resort

Other people are doing the same because they have not been reported. Once they are reported, eBay will remove them.
