if you have a 7 day returns policy and someone bought an item from you on ebay and left you good feedback for it, and 60 days after they received the item they informed you that it was broken and threatened you with slander on an internet site if you don't replace the item! Would your alarm bells scream reverse scam?
Lets be honest here, 60 days after receiving an item is far too long, after that long a gap am I unreasonable to assume they've damaged it theirselves and are now hoping to get a free replacement? |

| 60 days is far too long, especially with a 7 day return policy. What was the item in question? |
