Hello everyone.. I didn't know where to write this so Im gonna write it here hope you can help me:
I just registered on ebay for the first time today after going through auctions of Wii the last couple of days.
Anyway, I registered and sent the same question for 3 people who are selling wii on ebay (something I want to know in order to buy the wii) I don't know if this has anything to do with the fact that a few mins later I get :
FPA NOTICE: eBay Registration Suspension - User Agreement - Abusing eBay
and the email doesn't specify why, and no.. this isn't a scam email I checked my account on ebay and it really got suspended..and I have no idea why. I sent them ebay a message asking why my account was suspended but it's still bothering me :< can someone tell me why?what reasons can there be?

What was the exact question you asked these three sellers?

That should not raise a flag. It depends though, if those sellers are all the same person, with different ID's, they might flag it for eBay. Sounds strange.

Did you do anything else you are forgetting to include in this post?

If you think your experience is bad try this. I registered and before doing anything at all received an e-mail stating that the account had been suspended. The eventual explanatory e-mail said that they could not give the reason for the suspension as this might help fraudsters but that I had to send photocopies of passport or drivers license, bank statement or utility bill to prove identity. Are they completely crazy? There is no way anyone is going to do this to a faceless organisation. There has to be an enormous risk of identity theft and why should anyone trust an organisation that clearly does not trust them. I told them that if they behave like Nigerian fraudsters they could take a running jump. If I ever get a reply I will let you know.
