Hi
Finally manged to move all my domain names from Xreg.co.uk to Namecheap. This is the second year I have tried to renew names and had major problems with their online system telling me I had no funds, even though the balance on screen showed I had.
They did not answer emails and I very nearly lost some of my names. Eventually tracked Xreg down through a company called enom. They were very helpfull after I insisted I wanted nothing more to do with Xreg. They gave me the EPP codes and now I'm sorted at Namecheap and saved myself 50% on renewal fees.My advice, steer clear of Xreg.co.uk
...I expect someones going to tell me all the problems they've had with namecheap |

I've used namecheap for many .com names and never had any problems - in fact AuctionCUT is registered with them.
Can't say I heard of xreg.co.uk but I'll be sure to avoid them now. |
