POSSiBLE EBAY SCAM ARTIST: Amandasgiftshop10 on eBay

Just to let you know this is an email I sent to, who only seems to be a scammer. I do not know for sure, and any implications are purely speculation at this time until eBay finishes the investigation.

Return policy is 3 days after item is recieved must message me first by Ebay or e-mail. Buyer pays return shipping with tracking number if refunded then must have item first to give refund back.

I copied that directly from your userpage on eBay. Amandasgiftshop , you are a terrible TERRIBLE eBayer, and I assume two things one it is because of ignorance, which is forgivable and two that you literally would try and scam a pen for a bamboo tablet from someone cause you’re too cheap to actually purchase one. It’s obvious, your statements on how a pen is expensive – that you researched a bamboo pen BEFORE this sale.

Anyway I have been quite accomidating I even put on the case that I would refund the full amount yet you escalated the case. I don’t even know why you would have done that – why would you want eBay to investigate further? You lied in an email to me saying that eBay called you – which according to eBay would not happen! Admit you’re a liar, and I will drop the case with eBay and ask them to stop investigating you. I don’t mind proving that youre a liar though and you screwed yourself. EBay is investigating, and I have a feeling you will lose access to eBay because of your lies.

You purchased an item and advised me TWO pieces were not included and I admitted I found and forgot to put the mouse in the box. I was ready to ship that to you at no charge with my apologies.

This is going on my blog as well as every eBay related forum – DO not do business with this scam artist.
