This seller seems to make a habit of steeling peoples money. He/She seems to prey on ppl who are new to ebay or have not bought much. All of the ppl that I am in contact with never got their items. There are many many negative complaints about this person sending expired items as well. This seller sells coupons mostly but offers other items as well. So far the ppl that have filed complaints with auction arses have lost 1000's of dollars and this is only a small percentage. This person has actually drove ppl away from ebay. I got two emails from ppl who said they hadn't been on since he stole from them because it was such a bad experience. Ppl like this hurt all of us who wish to sell on ebay.

Hi Guys,
Thanks for your posts.

Have you contacted the seller in question regarding your disputes and if so did you receive any replies?

Usually the first step of any dispute is to try and communicate with the seller. Send a polite email stating your cases and wait for a reply, try not to get too bitchy about everything as it helps nobody. (I speak as both a buyer and seller)

Good luck with your disputes.

Oh all the buyers have tried the polite approach. First with an email asking for mailing date in most cases. I only got as far as asking him to confirm that it was mailed out and asking for the date before he got rude. Some of the other users have gotten a bit farther but the end result was always him making accusations about the buyer. I did file a dispute with paypal and won which is a good thing BUT I'm now less inclined to bid on ebay if it is not a seller than I am already familiar with and I think that this happens often when ppl are ripped off. Anyway, just an update on the situation. I just checked his ebay accounts and he has several new negative as well as neutrals in the last 30 days so I guess we were just the start of his crime spree! Stay away from this seller everyone!

How many negs did he have at the time you bid? I usually stay away from a seller who has more than 3 or 4 negs in say 500.

Man, that is a bugger. A lot of it is just plain trust, and luck I suppose.

In our local paper here a woman got ripped off buying a puppy, then the people asked for more money to make a crate to ship it in. Total was $300. USD. I can't imagine buying a puppy on the internet and having it crated up and shipped like a bloody car.

Anyway, she didn't get a puppy, she got nothing.
