Hi
I have come across a problem today and can't find an answer, so hoped one of you may have resolved this problem in the past?
Both my wife and I have paypal accounts mine is verified through giving details of our joint bank account etc. Yesterday I arranged for money to go into her paypal account instead of mine to find that she hadn't verified her account as they wouldn't accept our joint account as proof as I used it to verify mine.
We don't have any other bank accounts to verify her account but need to access the money which we can't until her account is verified. Anyone got any suggestions? Have tried phoning Paypal but it seems I am only allowed to speak to a machine who likes giving me a list of options to choose, none of which are helpful.
Thanks Wayne |

| Just to let you all know that if you find yourself in the same position. If you delete the bank account from the verified person, then the bank details can apparently be used for the second person. Just waiting for the deposits to go in to verify but will let you know if it is successfull! |

| My husband and I found ourselves in the exact same position as you and your wife. We solved it by sending the money I made in my account to his account and then he was able to transfer it over. Since I use my paypal account a lot more than he does, I suppose we could just delete the bank account from his and put it on mine though. Thanks for that bit of info. Good to know that that's an option as well. |
