I started a Co-op where the members are part owners of your own auction, and they split the profits.

FREE to list and FREE Stores, NO membership or monthly dues, & No Hidden fees.

1% end of auction selling fee FSV/FSF, and Optional fees to highlight your ads & stores for extra exposure like featuring them on the main page etc...

REgister and get $50 and get $50 for each referral you recruit. Earn sales commissions from the selling fees your referrals pay to the auction, and offering Medical & Dental insurance.

I have discovered a new Online Auction Portal called Tuklu.com that is a very satisfactory alternative to Ebay

-> seems more that you have set up and are now promoting this auction portal, not that you have just discovered it! Link removed.

There is another option now. LootSlinger.com has been going for about a month. There is no listing fee and a lower final value fee then ebay. They encourage open communicate between buyer and sellers and also want to hear from buyers and sellers as to how their auction experience can be made better.

They have a Facebook page that helps facilitate the open communication. As well as a live help option on the auction site.

Because it's so new there are a lot of great deals up for auction.

Well I know of a site that has plenty of auctions but has loose ties with ebay. You can check out GovernmentAuctions.org - they have listings of seized and surplus items for the whole US including cars and house. I have used them in the past as an alternate resource to the regular auction scene.

Really wish people would stop posting 'thanks for the comments' type c**p just so they can put in their mesothelioma claims link - pointless!

Anyway, anyone know any auction sites that are good for real estate? EBay's fees are massive and so many crap listings (such as propertyindex) that are misleading.

Hi,

This is refreshing, and to add to it looks quite promising, you know eBay are making it more and more difficult for sellers to stay in the game , but the good thing about that is its giving rise to NEW auction and other selling platforms becoming available, great rersource!
