Completed - although some questions were redundant because they'd already been answered...
Eg,
"I could easily explain things to the seller in this environment."

Thank you very much for your participation and suggestion. You proposed a good idea, maybe we could change the way of expression. The initial idea for the two questions is that the first one focus on the buyer's ability to express his ideas with the help of the communication technology, while the second one is about the convenience of the communications between buyers and sellers.
