Anyone hear know of Sterlingbidz.com ? I sell there and am in love with the site. It is not a free site but it is a quality site. My sell thru is almost 100% and I do not mean .99 cent opens. Well worth looking into folks.
We sell mostly Numismatics by the way

| Never heard of it tbh. Looks a pretty small site & as the only active listings were for coins I wonder why the other categories exist. |

A lot of other selling sites have such...amateurish layouts that they don't make me want to sell on them.
Is it really that hard for them to find a decent webdesigner? |

Funny you say that, I have been selling on this "amateurish" site for a few months and have a sell thru rate that is almost 100% The hammer price is at least 30% higher than E-bay,listing fees are less, free storefront.
So I guess I thnk I'll just keep this "amateurish" site and run with it myself.

I know judging a cover isn't right but sometimes it's hard.
However if you sell well that's coll *thumbs up*
Too bad that site is for selling things I don't have in my inventory. You know of a good one to sell things like books and trading cards? |

I would give Sterling a try. They have a catagory for cards as well. It is really an exciting place and it seems the buyers are just begging for more diversity in the listings. I have even had good results with decorative glass and precious stones.

I agree with that.
When I browse to some non-professionally designed website, then I think that people might be non-professional also and will think twice before using it.
You can get twice more people when you have a good and professional design.
It's not a "cover judging", but more like trying to figure out how owner(s) treat their customers -- if they don't care about website's design, they mostly do not care about their customers also. |

| Also, the customer base is a big point. It is hard to beat big names like eBay where their customer base is in the millions. They often get "free" advertising in tv shows and movies |
