No Justice for Sellers on eBay Feedback

I recently acquired a NEGATIVE feedback on my account in excellent standing as a Seller.I sold item to Buyer, shipped Tracked Delivered. a month later. I receive an email on eBay. they never recieved their item.I go through all my records,found the tracking stated it was delivered to them.Then emailed them, and said it had been delivered to address on your eBay account & Paypal account.They then said not recieved,it should ve been delivered to a different address,one not stated no where.I said that it was not stated to send it anywhere other than where i sent it. So they left me a NEGATIVE. eBay says sorry they cant remove the feedback,only customer can deteremine that,and it looks like they want a refund or another item. But I HAVE PROOF,even listed COMFIRMATION Number on auction details. SORRY
So I guess as a buyer you can do anything you want. Bid on something, recieve it, then say oh I didnt get it,and get some gullible person to send you another or get a refund. Then Bonus as a buyer one free item,just had to LIE and get away with it. And ruin my 100% feedback. watch out for crazycatlady420 a UNITED STates buyer.
