Hi everyone,
I'm new on Ebay and started selling a product for cars. This is a new innovate and reliable product that protects the engine, increases power and mpg. My problem is, since it is new, how can I market it? I started 3 days ago, and so far nothing. How long do I have to "wait" until people start hitting my product?

Any recommendations on how to drive potential users to my product? Well so far no links, but the post looks very nice, with all the information needed, pictures and so on.

Well any help is appreciated

Hi Carlosagrr,

I understand that you are new on eBay. If your feedback isn't that high yet, then, work on it. It does not only build customer trust, it also helps improve your search standing and listing visibility. For more information on this, you may go to this page: http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/searchstanding.html. To increase your feedbacks fast, you may list as many items as you can at good prices and make some small purchases yourself.

Then, of course, you need to work on making your listing attractive, informative and accurate. Take great pictures. This is a surefire way of getting more bids and high sales. Making your description detailed and informative is also another way of getting potential buyers to hit that Bid Now or Buy It Now button. This is specially true for your product since as you have mentioned it is new. This would be a good chance to introduce it.

You may also try offering fast and cheap shipping. It would be great if you can ship on the same day that you receive the payment and state this on your listing.

Once you make that first sale, provide excellent customer service. Make a good impression to encourage repeat purchase. Make the packaging presentable and include a business card or even just a simple card to thank your customer for the purchase and signing it with your eBay ID.

Hope that helps! Good luck!

All the best,
Richelle

Hi there! Since you are new to eBay selling as you mentioned, first thing you want to do is let them know that you exist.

In order for buyers to find you, you create traffic to your store. You can do this by using major keywords in the title box, sub title (if needed) and in the description page. Keywords are words that your buyers dominantly use when searching for your products or your store.

More tips on how to drive traffic to your store here. http://www.undergroundauctionlab.com/7- ... ebay-sins/

I hope this will help. Good luck!

Write articles and Press releases about your website, it`s products and services. Submit the articles into as many article submission and press releases into major press releases websites. Do not forget to leave anchor texts so that readers can come to your website as well.
