http://www.RateEbay.com

It allows buyers and sellers to post feedback describing their experiences on eBay. It’s quite interesting to see the overall perception of buyers & sellers. The site also has DSR system that rates eBay with a five star system and another feature that compares eBay to its biggest competitors. As of this post, the feedback score and DSR’s are so low its embarrassing.

Hey izzy,

Thanks for the heads up on this, i`ll take a closer look after, you know selling on eBay is becoming a tedious affair at times and its sites like these that we really need to give us the edge, I think this is a tool that can be used on a weekly basis just to research the changes of climate on DSR and how you can adjust accordingly to keep yours on track, according to what your competition is saying about the failings in the same markets?

I reckon you could tweak and improve on the areas they complain about, to improve your business even more?

its food for thought.

John.

I actually visited the site. You can't necessarily use the negative/positive comments, John as they are directed to eBay and not to individual sellers. Its basically a site you can vent your frustrations and angst. Its interesting though that eBay is ranked the lowest among the 4 auction sites being rated on http://www.rateebay.com/ with Amazon on top.

The site is relatively new and I'm sure not too many know of it. Maybe if more knew, eBay's score will go even lower..

Thanks for sharing the site izzy :)

Thanks for sharing the link. I have been there reading some of the comments.

Too bad some have been using it to post junk about other members on the site.

Seems to me people should be honest and just rate Ebay itself and not board members.

This is novel and fun, but useless.
Ebay does not care about these such sites. There have been dozens since ebay destroyed the fair and balanced feedback system.

ebay will not care about this site. They just think much about the buyer, at the expense of seller's profit.
