How do you plan to advertise the site, to get more sellers on board?

For all that is interested, here is some info for you about this new online Auction Site named Wazooie.com

It is only 3 weeks old and already has quit a few sellers with great items to offer. No listing or member fees, & very low % final value fee, so you actually have $$ left for your self. Not like on some other Online Auctions.

I already sold several items there. So come on & take a peek.

Yours truly treasures4u

Well, good luck to you. It's a long way to the top, but stick in there!
If you really want to make money with eBay, check out the eBay Developers web-site. You can use their API to make a mash-up. Here is an example I made: Buy It Nearby . PM me if you need any help getting started.

wow, it's off to a great start for such a new site!

the site looks really good.

I'd imagine a combination of marketing tools would be used - affiliate marketing, email marketing, search marketing, viral marketing.

Recently I have noticed that , People are looking for a lot more than what eBay has to offer. and I can see here SilkFair gets a feature for its attractive options. http://www.tech2all.com/2008/04/28/silk ... d-selling/

I posted an auction to tryout Wazooie. It looks like a good site. I see that it has the digital download that I might try also. Ebay removed digital downloads awhile back, so it might be interesting how it will work out for Wazooie.

There are a lot of auction online and that stand as ebay alternatives offering NO FEE upon registration this days for both seller and buyer.

Just catch those that are newly launch.
