What a rip off the guy actually steals the name from the real owner and then overcharges and does not ship anything. He has 20,000 positives it was from the company he ripped the name of from.

He also stole $75,000 from his partner who owned Music parts Plus

Plus ebay should shut him down you're not allowed to put your website address on there like say dot com will fool ebay

The guy is a flake he never played a guitar in his life hell he does not even own one LOL and he is going to give advice on what you should buy at inflated prices

I think you are misleading the people here. Why don't you let everyone know that YOU used to own musicpartsplus( I know I was a customer). You ran that company into the ground Dominick Moreo saved the company. You seemed to have started another online music store and now you are writting mean a dirty things about musicpartsplus just to get his bussiness. You say he stole 75,000 from his partner. That partner was you! No one took your money. You stink at running a bussiness- we will all wait to see your new venture fail. Even his own site says we did great and business was skyrocketing and since he has no idea about guitar parts I guess I was the one who made it skyrocket.

Since he was in charge of the finances it would be pretty damn hard to steal anything. I did not even know where the friggin bank was. Answer me this if I did steal it and he had all the books seems to me he could have pressed charges very easily.

Also if you want I will post the complaint I filed with the Nassau County DA's Office I filed it just in case there was someway to figure out how he stole the money. Also if he even attempted to disrupt my business I would have nothing to lose. The only reason his ass is not in jail was because it would have cost to much. I would have had to go into court to prove I was an owner (very easily done since Dominick moreo did not even know a guitar parts before Dec 2006) also I did not want to waste years going through the courts.

BTW if he was so innocent why did he buy me off with guitar parts. So your saying I stole Money AND he gave me guitar parts?

The guitar parts were a payoff so I would not kill him. I have his signature on the document that was notarized.

In fact Moreo call the police yesterday on me for harassment. They looked into it and found his allegations laughable. They even suggested I go back to the DA's office and refile the complaint against him. Which at this time as soon as I get back to NY I just may do that. Since I have the time and money now it would be fun to see the shit storm that this moron will go through.

I am bi-polar and also have ADHD so you know 2 things One:I work my ass off because when I focus on something it lets me go full blast without sleep.

Call Sue Gallager who is with Kaman Music she will tell you the real story about this asshole and how when she visited him in May of 2008 he was crying because he had no idea how to run a business since I left he was in so much trouble with customers. She can also verify he was so scared of me he put brown paper on the windows so no one can look in.

He was the laughing stock of Levittown NY because he would not even answer the door if someone knocked on it. He hid like a little girl. It was so damn funny seeing the windows with brown paper on it I have a picture of it on my computer

What about the ad I placed on Craigslist in November 2006 asking if anyone would be interested in becoming a partner in my music parts site? I also have his email saying he would be interested. hmmmmm he is an asshole and so are you for even thinking this stupid ass could run a music parts store when he has ZERO knowledge about music parts.

In fact I just hired an attorney and went over the case. He said I will have the easiest time in the world proving that I am 50% owner. Do you know Dominick Moreo made statements to our distributors telling them he was Dominick Mezzapesa's new partner? OMG I been calling people all week including the accountant and they will all testify or at least send a notarized statement to the fact that Dominick Moreo stated to them that I Dominick Mezzapesa was his partner. In fact I already received 2 from old employees and more are on the way!

See he did not think of this until way later but by then he must have told at least 300 people that I Dominick Mezzapesa was his partner. I will also show how incompetent he was in running the financial part of the business. Did you know 1 month before he announced we we lost $75,000 he took a Business trip to California? Yes a trip spending thousands of dollars. Do you know why he went there it was a NAMM show that I sent him too we discussed in front of employees how everything was going great and we were looking to expand into our own line of guitar parts.

So who does that when the business is going under? looking to expand and flying to California with his wife and staying for a week using company money? We sat there in the middle of the store and employees were all around discussing the expansion.

Also did you know every time he hired or interviewed a person for a job at the end he would say. "You sound nice but I have to check with my Partner Dominick Mezzapesa the guy who you met when you came here" So EVERY single hire and non hire came into the store shook hands with me and then interviewed with Moreo and if they did or did not get hired they were told by Moreo I have to check with my partner" and then introduce me to them again LOL OMG this guy is a fool

Then he also has to explain reason for everything like.
How did he find the store location? Actually I had a previous store there it was 2 blocks from my home and you could not find it if you tried so he simply could not say he was 10 miles from his home and the total opposit direction from his Allstate Business so he could not possibly say it driving around and say it...It's not even on a real road?

What made him get into music parts? How did he find places like AllParts, D'Addario, Kamen, as well as the 5 others that we were using?

ALL with the exception of one I had previous accounts with. In fact in D'Addarios case they only changed the name on the account it was NOT a brand new account simply an extention of my old account.

He will also have to answer questions like...

Why was this run out of Dominick Mezzapesa home address for the first 3 months?

Why can you not show a weekly paycheck for his SS#?

Why in fact that up until September you were getting paid the same exact amount weekly?

Why did Dominick Mezzapesa start earning more than you?

How is it possible to pay someone $200 a week to run a $100,000 a month business? Unless that person was a partner?

How in fact did you take three vacations in 2007 when Dominick Mezzapesa did not take one day off?

How did you choose the color scheme?

How did you even know about Paypal?

Did you ever place an ad on ebay?

He has to explain every detail? every little question see I did all the work and I did everything there so I have answers. There are going to be so mmany questions he has to answer and the first "HMMMM I forgot" followed by another 100 "hmmmm I fogot" will prove to any Juge and Jury I was the real owner and he was in charge of the financial aspect of the business which he was incompetent at.

We get over 150 emails a day from customers and I ghaven't stalked one yet. In fact I only stalk MMP trying to get them to sue me.

I made an offer to MMP change their name to Guitar parts plus and you will never ever hear from me again.

I did all the work to give that company it's name. He has no following, it takes 2 seconds to change the name on Ebay and he can make up any excuse he wants on the site. He can say he was the bigger man and changed the name and Dominick Mezzapesa is an asshole (Dont mention my site)

But there is no way in hell I am going to stop going after MMP if they continue to use the name. I worked my ass off as a 50% partner and my family had to go without food because I could not get paid. I sacrificed everything building MMP and I will be damned if I will let Dominick Moreo get away with using it.

I actually started a fund and everyday I put a little more into the fund and when there is enough I am suing MMP. I can take all the time I want because when I win which will be very easy no matter what he made in profits from 2007 on MMP will owe that money to me. The way I think of it...basically it is my retirement money

So I am in no rush and I will just hire the BEST god damn lawyer there is.

People are free to go where ever they want if I don't have the best deal or the item they want then it is my fault for that customer going somewhere else.

At least I won't drive them away by charging $3.95 shipping for a 10 pick pack like Music Parts Plus does. It's a 1oz first class package real shipping cost anywhere in the USA $1.41 and then he has the balls to charge an extra $1.25 for each additional.

On my ebay we charge $2.75 for the first pack and 25 cents for each additional.

The extra cost over the $1.41 is for shipping cost like every package leave in a bubble wrapped lined envelope, workers cost, ink, paper the point is we don't over charge and ask the customer to pay $4 and we certainly won't charge $1.25 for each additional. Our customers pay 25 cents They already paid for the envelope ect why should they pay twice? BTW we have lower starting prices as well LOL

Hey you know what is Cool. I ordered something from Music Parts Plus Ebay on 5/11

Now I don't sell the item because I know for a fact that the distributor was sold out and we had none in stock and guess what Yup MMP had to refund me. Now should I be a bastard? I can leave a negative?

He did not even send a note explaining why they refunded me?

But you see I am an actual good person so I won't fuck with his business like leaving negatives. I only tell the truth and while I will go around and inform the people of how MMP was created instead of the bullshit he put on his about me page on his crappy site...I will let people make their own choice. If people want to pay $4 shipping for a pack of picks hey I am not going to cry i did not lose anything in fact it makes me look better when they realize they could have gotten the same picks cheaper and with a 1.20 less shipping cost. Hell they could have paid 25 cents more and they would have received 20 picks compared to his 10

You know who I just got a call from. 2 girls who were working for me before Dominick ever came near the place.

They were neighborhood kids who work with me before and after Moreo and they even worked the store...Hell they were the very first employees.

So they were there through the whole sorted affair and the worked for months at all the locations. They just called me and said they will be happy to testify about everything and how they first met Dominick at my house and that he worked with them a few times at the house and had to explain everything how shipping and packaging worked

They also will testify that he was an asshole LOL their word not mine but I agree with the sentiment.

Imagine these sweet little girls getting up there and telling their story OMG the jury will just melt. One girl is 16 now and she is an angel she is on the honor roll, she is the cutest little thing and after she tells her story there is no way Moreo will win.

My God this case is going to be a landslide I can't wait to win.

In fact i just placed an ad for a lawyer. No sense waiting I might as well do it now. You know what I asked for NOTHING I don't want to win a single dime.
