I've been thinking about giving liquidation.com a shot, and buying a pallet of things to throw up on Ebay. Does anyone have any experience with them that they could share? Thank you everyone!

I've heard of quite a few with bad experiences with this outfit. Typical drop shipper woes. Big catalog with no stock to deliver.

i have also read elsewhere (can't seem to find where!) that a few other people were having trouble purchasing things from this site. Might be worth steering clear of.

You have to be very careful which buyers you deal with.

We supply some clents with pallets, that we know are broken down, chery picked to within an inch of their life and then put up onto liquidation.com.

Now there is nothing wrong with breaking down a large load to then resale in smaller lots, in fact it can generate quick turnover and good profits.

The problems come when sellers pull all the real value items off the original load, then sell them on the side, leaving the smaller lots not containg any real value at all.

If you were buying direct from an liquidator, you wouldn't go near the load at the original price once you had seen how much value had been removed.

Of course we are talking about an auction format here, and that makes it extra dangerous, because the bidding can get out of control.

You pay far too much above the real value of the lot, then you get hit with BIG shipping cahrges on top, and then you find that you can't make any profit from what you have ended up with.

If you can afford pallet lots, deal with a liquidation source direct, not liquidation.com. You will get a set price, better shipping, so long as they don't have a flat rate, and best of all you can develop a regular reliable product resource.

Can you get good deals on the site....absolutely, but your odds are very much improved when dealing off the site!
Buy liquidation, and save big on wholesale prices.

Various sized loads, all categories.

Yes, as always when dealing with wholesale deals and large sums of money, make sure you are dealing with a legitimate company. Make sure you protect yourself by using a way in which you have a way to get your money back (escrow or credit card).
