Look, it is clear you, (screwedbyebay) have an agenda. Not unlike the anti Pay Pal crowd. I'm not trying to be unsympathetic, but I hear this stuff once in a while, and I can't help but comment that hundreds of thousands of people use eBay everyday, and have no problems. Then, once in a while, someone comes along, and all they have are problems.
It might help you do look at how you are processing your sales, how you describe items, etc. There has to be something more to this.
