I purchased a lot on 4/04/10, paid with Paypal 4/05/10 and have yet to receive the grant deed. County clerk says that they have not received deed for transfer. This was a no reserve auction and apparently the seller does not like the price I paid. What should I do? I left negative feedback on 5/21/10 but have not heard anything from the seller since then.
