Keep getting bad feedback!

Hey, I keep getting negative feedback from this one guy even when I satisfied all his needs. The feedback he leaves relates nothin to what I sold him, he is just trying to take my customers away. What can be done?

I would suggest using the eBay feedback removal option, If he does not respond then eBay will look into the matter and then make a decision. If this person is doing it just to mess with you, then you he most likiely will not respond to the feedback withdrawal process.
