I won a new ipod touch from a seller on a Wednesday morning. I write to him, before I go to school, asking when I will receive my ipod. He is a US seller by the way. I come back home and no reply. A day goes by again and he replies. He says that the morning I won the item, his wife just got pregnant and he is only replying through his iphone. Then he goes on to say that he will ship it as soon as he is done with his kids and all. So I congratulated him and said okay. 5 days went by and an email came saying that I my item has been shipped through EMS shipping. I didn't know what that was so I looked it up, it was a chinese shipping place. That got me concerned, why did he ship it there, he live in the U.S.? So I waited days and days and my item came today. It came in an ipod touch box, but it is certainly not an ipod touch. It is this cheap a$$ mp4 player. I am mad as hell because i paid the guy over $180 and this thing can be bought for $50. What can I do to get my money back? Is there even a way to get my money back? I am just a pissed customer. His item description were 100% ipod touch description. Wifi, ebook, games, and all usual descriptions for an itouch. Please, if know of any way to get my money back, I would really appreciate it.
