i have listed my item on ebay US but it appears to be in ebay UK

if someone from US ebay.com do a search does he able to find my item since it's listed on ebay UK

why don't you post the direct link to your listing and I can take a look at it.

if you said that you would post to the US then it would appear on both

When you list an item in eBay US and you indicate that you are willing to ship it worldwide UK users will see it when they run a search and do no indicate that they want to stick to their regular geographic zone.

As long as you ship to UK then yes it will show up.
