i have an atlas and couple other things i wanna auction off but aren't really getting noticed, can i promote the items specifically with a link, somewhere on this forum?

if not, where can i go to do so?

You can, but I don't think it will help to much - especially as our users are unlikely to be looking for atlases. Why not post your item number here, and we'll offer some ways to improve your auction listing.
