I can't see a problem (other than using a site name on the feedback),if you are going to use positive feedback gained by trading on one site,to describe you to buyers on another site. As long as you continue the good level of service.

It's in violation of your ebay user agreement which states

While using the Sites, you will not: take any action that may undermine the feedback or ratings systems (such as displaying, importing or exporting feedback information off of the Sites or for using it for purposes unrelated to eBay);

As I'm sure you know, ebay have clamped down on sites before which have imported ebay feedback.

Are you a member of Ebay?

This is interesting. Can you give me a name of the site that was closed by eBay because of feedback transfer ?

No, I'm having trouble find the site. However, the user agreement is a legal document so if you are a member of ebay then I'd conclude it was illegal.

Whether they'll take action or not is another matter.
