I am willing to buy an established ebay account because my account is new and has no feedback. So I need an account that has some feedback built up on it. I am willing to pay money through paypal for the account.

What do you intend to use the account for? Buying or selling? What do you plan on selling?

My personal opinion is that people should not be allowed to sell or buy other accounts. It is a scammer's dream come true.

It doesn't take that long to build up the feedback of a selling account legitimately. I doubt you will find many people selling an established eBay account.

Your question is valid, but you are leaving way too many details out.

How many ratings do you need?
Why cannot you build your feedback purchasing items?
How much are you willing to pay?

I agree with the previous posting that it takes little to no effort to establish an account. I have several accounts with feedback ratings ranging from a few dozen to thousands of them, and all of them started at zero at some point.

In conclusion: newbie question without a chance of getting a reasonable answer. You are probably a scammer, aren't you?

Just use that same money for some cheap .01 cent ebooks, or even 99 cent autioncs....Do like 20 of them, instant feedback.

Unless your a scammer, then look elsewhere.
