Before I put this up for bid, I want to know how much I could put as a selling price for it without looking like a fool.

Info:
72 pokemon cards

all holographic (meaning has the star rarity symbol on the bottom of the card):
3 of them are the ones where it's holographic on the outside
2 of them are the really rare "shiny" pokemon, with 3-star rarity

It is a mixture of both English and Japanese cards

The cards are mostly from the red/blue/yellow and gold/silver/crystal era of pokemon cards, however there are a few ruby/sapphire era pokemon cards in the pile

All are in good condition; no corner bends or scratches on any of them.

So, any ideas? Should I sell them all at once for a big asking price, or should I sell them one by one? What would you except this to sell for?

Find a price guide on the internet or use the completed auctions check box on Ebay to search for similar auctions to the one you want to list. Im sure lots have sold Pokemon cards. Good luck.

look for other auctions similar to the 2 ideas that you have. what are other people doing, are they getting more bids on single cards or big collections. use Ebay as your research too and follow what successful ebay members are doing.
