How do I permanently change the searching opinions "Items located in" and "items avaible to" ?

Log into eBay & Select Advanced Search. At the top right there is an option for Customised search options. I think you can then add the location field to your normal search so you get the results you desire.

If this doesn't work, I'm unsure if you can customise them to be honest.

if you go into Advanced search and use the drop down menu - titles Sort by, then select distance, complete the other boxes for item and search.
