hi everyone,

my ebay just got suspended, because they told me i have voliated the treatmark law, look like i sell 10 nike shoes was not a good idea, but what happen for those people who also selling nike shoes, why they are ok? do they have a permit from nike or ebay to sell nike shoes? if so, please some one tell me how to do it? i really want to sell nike shoe on ebay ......

um...It sounds like eBay thinks you are posting replica or knock off Nike's or it could be a competitor reporting your listings. The best thing to figure out how to list them correctly is to talk with eBay Live Help. They are relatively helpful.

Just keep pleading and do not stop. Call and email as many eBay folks as you can. You may eventually be reinstated. I know someone who did this.
