Something's wrong here. Paypal are not meant to allow you to fund any form of betting or gambling with there services, but now they've jumped into bed with BetFair.
A little two faced off them, bending the rules to suit themselves!

Yeah bad idea that,i always have funds in paypal more than the bank account which means i'm always transfering money from paypal to betfair
