Hello all,
I am writing a article on ebay buyers and how they can addicting. God Only knows ebay buying can be addicting.
I am wondering:
What is the most outrageous or crazy thing a ebay buyer has done to bid for a particular item(s)???

It can be about you, or someone you know!!!
Thank you for your participation. I will put the article here when completed.
I know someone who takes their PDA to bed with them when a bid ends during night.

Hi,

Welcome to the forum.

I'm always having to bid on items while out and about. The gym I attend has internet access, so I'm frequently having a break in the middle of a gym session to bid on an item or two :D

I wouldn't call it an obsession - or outrageous. For me it's perfectly normal.

Million dollar question - Define normal...!

I would say my buying habits are rather conventional, but I often see buyers paying a few ££ more than face value in gift vouchers - not enough to suspect a chargeback scam. I've never understood that one?

umm, not so much bid, but I live in the united states and I sell mainly novelties. I would have a lot of people buy from other countries. Like Slovakia, Sweeden, Australia. I wondered why they are so interested.

You could put a spin on it two ways:

1) People who are addicted to buying on ebay

2) People who are addicted to selling on ebay

The latter would definitely be more interesting. Theres people that sell tattoo space on their forheads, I mean come on...
