I discuss my observations with eBay, and recently told them they may be capable of running a fine business right into the ground. Here are the message headers - and reason for failure - when powersellers contact eBay:

VIP at eBay, failure, insufficient disk space? 29 delivery attempts? How many powerseller emails are they getting? This pretty well sums up 2008 for me, and I will consider what I want to do in 2009. For now maybe I will have a huge 99 cent sale and eBay can find an empty store.
