true buyer has the right to receive item exactly as described. But when a buyer files multiple claims against multiple sellers, the odd of having about $15,000 worth of items getting lost in mail or being not as described is probably the same as the odd of being dealt a royal flush in poker twice in a row. It's the buyer who is scamming in this case, and not 1,000 or so sellers or very sloppy post office, UPS, FedEx, and DHL combined.
