hi, i have a few Ebay questions that i hope you can help me answer

If you sell game items, such as online, you may not use screen shots from the company. But if you use your own camera and take it off your computer, is it still in violation of the rules?

Ive seen pictures of the same item such as games, of the same picture used in 90% of some searches? is that allowed in ebay? ie. such as madden nfl 09 xbow i sell the same picture of the game, not taken a picture of but it looks like its been taken from online somewhere.

Also, what if you leave a link on your description on your ebay item to pictures of game screen shots? not okay again right?
